Today I experienced heat unlike anything previously encountered, except maybe that time in Wasco. I was just standing there and had sweat pouring from my back.

We visited four of the child development centers and taped several of the kids and interviewed a teacher and the director of the centers

The last place we stopped some of the kids put on a dance for us demonstrating (I assume) some of the local tribal dances. Our guide took us to a building sire where some men were building a church. When it is done it will also be used by the CDC. Next to the church is a litchi orchard that the church owns. The money made from the fruit will be used to build 2 more building for the church.

When we got back to the CDC they shared their lunch with us. It was, like most of the food in Bangladesh, delicious. I am told that it is also Vitamin fortified because many of the kids are malnourished since their parents don't know or can't afford the food for a balanced diet.

After a brief nap this afternoon we traveled to a the 4 stages of a Jesus Film church plant (film showing, preaching point, church type ministry, and organized church). I was amazed at the speed churches are being planted such that we could visit all four stages in one afternoon.

It was Amy's birthday so some of the Bengali guys bought her a cake and flowers. That was pretty cool for her.
